# Define forecast time horizon
From the top menu navigate to the Inventory Planning screen
In the Inventory Planning screen click on the Advanced Search button
From the auto complete filter bar, hit the down arrow and select Forecast Delivery Date, or start typing Forecast Delivery Date
Select a date range from the calendar
The data on the screen will be recalculated based on the selection of the forecast time horizon
# Identify items that need replenishment
From the top menu navigate to the Inventory Planning screen
From the top left corner of the table, click on this icon to open up the filters
From the Reorder Date column, click on the calendar icon to select a date range
The system will display only the items that need replenishment in the following week
# Identify items that will run out of inventory
From the top menu navigate to the Inventory Planning screen
From the top left corner of the table, click on this icon to open up the filters
From the Runout Date column, click on the calendar icon and select the desired time horizon
The system will display only the items that will run out of inventory in the selected time frame
# Decide which supplier to buy from
# Option 1: From the top menu navigate to the Inventory Planning screen
At item level, click on the third icon to the right to open the Spend Analysis graph
Visualize how much was purchased from each supplier, and at what price
# Option 2: Alternatively, from the Dashboard tab, navigate to the Spend Analysis tab
From the Spend Analysis page, click on any of the bars at item level to open up the spend analysis details for that item

# Option 1: From the top menu navigate to the Inventory Planning screen
Click on the Advanced Search button in the top right corner of the screen
Click on the down arrow in the auto complete search box and select Purchase Item Status or start typing Purchase Item Status
Click the down arrow in the auto complete search box and select Open, or start typing Open
Click the down arrow in the auto complete search box again and select ETD (Estimated Date of Departure) or start typing ETD
Select a time interval in the past from the calendar
Click on the filter icon in the top left corner of the table to open up the filters
In the Expected column, type >0 to select the line items not yet shipped, but with a ship date in the past (they were supposed to be in transit but they are still at the supplier's site)
The system will display all delayed line items
# Option 2: Alternatively, the same result can be obtained by selecting Dashboard from the top menu, and then Delayed Shipments
The system will display all delayed line items
# Identify when an item will run out of inventory
From the top menu navigate to the Inventory Planning screen
Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen
Click on the Edit button from the menu
Select First Run Out Date
Sort data by First Runout Date ascending
